Angelo is a wrestler at Patriot High School who had a short term goal to become a VHSL State placer with a long term goal to wrestle in college. Angelo said training with CJ has made him stronger to be competitive with upperclassmen as a Freshman, “It has also taught me proper lifting technique and given me the motivation to reach my goals. CJ is both a trainer and mentor.” Freshman Achievements: VAWA Folkstyle State Champion, VHSL District Runner-Up, MAWA District Champion, 6th place Nova Classic, 8th place Battle of the Bridge, 5th place VAWA Freestyle States, 6th place VAWA Greco Roman States!
