How Infinite Performance Training Started
CJ has more than 20 years of experience in training athletes, and training is his life! Learn about our trainers dedicated to helping young athletes and adults crush their fitness goals! After a successful career as an athlete playing three sports (football, basketball, and baseball), CJ dedicated himself to training athletes and adults to help them reach their peak performance. As a collegiate baseball player with a BS in Kinesiology, CJ learned how to help athletes reach their full potential. After spending 11 years as a trainer in the Northern Virginia area, CJ started Infinite Performance Training (Infinite PT) in 2022, located in Gainesville, VA.
Since starting in 2022, Infinite Performance Training has successfully trained hundreds of athletes in the Western Prince William area, from elementary school-aged students to college athletes. Additionally, countless adults looking to revitalize their fitness have enjoyed training with the personal trainers at Infinite!

Owner & Founder
CJ’s certifications include a B.S Degree in Kinesiology, B.S Degree in Kinesiology, NASM, AFAA, FMS-Level 1, NSPA, CSAC, CPR-AED, Certified Online Wellness Coach, Nutrition Coach, Hyperice Hypervolt Certified.
Certifications aside, CJ is passionate about helping his clients hit their goals and he has been awarded Prince William Trainer of the year amongst other awards!
