Colby Alexander is a driven and accomplished multi-sport student-athlete with aspirations of swimming at the collegiate level. As a swimmer, Colby has distinguished himself by qualifying for the Virginia State Finals in both 2024 and 2025—making him the only swimmer from his high school to do so in consecutive years.
His progress in the pool, including steadily dropping his swim times, is a direct result of his focused training and his work with CJ, who has helped him develop a deeper understanding of fitness, nutrition, and athletic discipline. In addition to swimming, Colby serves as the Captain of the Manassas Park Golf Team and was named the 2024 Golf MVP.
Colby’s journey with CJ extends beyond athletics. Infinite Performance has helped to nurture characteristics such as hard work, commitment, a strong work ethic, and proper goal setting.
These traits assist Colby, who currently serves as:

- Member of the National Honor Society, Beta Club, and AP Capstone Program
- Carries a GPA 4.2
His leadership and character have been recognized by faculty, who selected him to represent Manassas Park at the 2025 HOBY Youth Leadership Council in Harrisonburg, VA. He also qualified for FBLA Nationals at the Virginia State Finals, showcasing his business and communication skills. At the school’s end-of-year recognition ceremony, Colby was honored with Best Student Awards in both Spanish 3 and Chemistry. This summer, Colby will continue to challenge himself academically by enrolling in dual enrollment courses through Northern Virginia Community College’s E-summer program.
His journey with CJ has been transformative, helping him grow not only as an athlete but also as a confident leader and well-rounded student.
