At Infinite Performance Training, every athlete has a story worth telling. From middle school dreamers to Division I recruits, we’ve seen firsthand how discipline, mindset, and the right environment unlock potential. These success stories aren’t just about sports—they’re about growth, confidence, and the power of consistency.

Below, you can read about some of the athletes we have helped over the last few years!


Jackson – The Relentless Competitor

Jackson had one goal: to make his middle school football team. He not only made it—he became a starter on both sides of the ball and earned the role of team captain. Training three times a week on speed, strength, and agility while juggling football, golf, and wrestling, Jackson’s discipline shows why consistency beats talent every time.

What We Did: We built a program around resisted sprints and single-leg stability drills to sharpen Jackson’s acceleration and agility, while also protecting him from overuse injuries as a multi-sport athlete.


Andy – The Musician Who Swims

Andy came from Loudoun County to Infinite PT with a mission: improve his overall fitness. Already a standout violinist who has performed at Carnegie Hall, recorded a CD, and won competitions, Andy also thrives in the pool as a swimmer. His story proves that excellence in one arena can inspire greatness in another.

What We Did: We designed mobility-focused warm-ups to counteract long violin sessions, improving his posture and shoulder health so he could swim stronger and play longer without pain.


Jarius Jones – From Student to Scholarship Athlete

Jarius started with Coach CJ as a kid and came back with college football dreams. The results? First Team All-District Linebacker, a scholarship to Wilkes University, and a future in Business Management and Sports Marketing. His transformation highlights the difference between generic school workouts and CJ’s personalized, high-intensity training.

What We Did: We tailored his training to linebacker-specific work—reaction drills, explosive hip power exercises, and position-focused strength—to prepare him for the speed and intensity of college football.


Colby Alexander – Scholar, Swimmer, Leader

Colby’s drive pushed him to qualify for the Virginia State Swim Finals in consecutive years, a rare feat at his school. But he’s more than an athlete: Class President, Golf Team Captain, 4.2 GPA, National Honor Society member, and even representing his school at the HOBY Youth Leadership Council. With Infinite PT, Colby honed not only his athletic edge but also his leadership and discipline.

What We Did: We built dryland training that combined core rotations, resisted band work, and breath-control drills to give Colby an edge in the pool while keeping his body balanced for golf and academics.


Maddie Mercer – Swimming Toward Division I

Maddie set her sights on Division I swimming, and every session brought her closer. From state champion relays to Junior Nationals qualifications, her progress reflects both raw talent and resilience. Recognized as a Potomac Valley Scholar Athlete and All-American consideration swimmer, Maddie has built a resume that makes her future in collegiate swimming inevitable.

What We Did: We added underwater resistance training and advanced interval conditioning into her plan to sharpen speed, build resilience, and prepare her body for the demands of national-level meets.


Mason – Building Strength and Confidence

Mason’s goals were bold: team captain, stronger lower body, and weight loss. With CJ’s guidance, he’s crushing them. Beyond the gym, he’s stacked achievements: 2× National D1 AYF Champion, 10 National Showcase invites, Fox 5 feature, Offensive Line MVP, and Honor Roll. Mason’s story proves that strength training builds more than muscle; it builds leaders.

What We Did: We focused on heavy sled pushes, trap-bar deadlifts, and explosive jumps to build the lower-body power Mason needed while also dialing in nutrition and recovery strategies for weight loss and confidence.


Preston – A Fighter in and out of the Ring

Preston travels the world as a competitive kickboxer, but he calls Infinite PT home. Training with CJ for three years, he credits the connection and push he gets in every session. His résumé is stacked: 2023 & 2025 National Champion, Pan American Champion, World Championship Qualifier, and 135lb Belt Holder. A true testament to relentless grit.

What We Did: We blended explosive conditioning circuits, rotational power training, and fight-specific endurance work to keep Preston sharp in the ring while building strength that translates to every round.


Lily – The Defender With Big Dreams

Lily dominates the soccer field as a starting Center Back for her ECNL team and anchored her squad’s 2024 WAGS Tournament win. Off the field, she shines academically, preparing for a future in engineering at the University of Michigan while dreaming of the US Women’s National Team. With CJ’s strength, agility, and nutrition guidance, she’s carving a path that blends sport, academics, and ambition.

What We Did: We built agility-focused sessions with lateral quickness drills and strength circuits, while adding tailored nutrition coaching to fuel her high-level soccer performance and academic goals.


Jonah – A Fresh Start and Fast Results

At just 15, Jonah made a decision: get stronger, eat smarter, and build confidence. In just two months at Infinite PT, he shed 15 pounds through a mix of strength, conditioning, and mindset training. His progress shows how quickly discipline pays off when the effort is real.

What We Did: We combined structured meal planning with a balanced strength and conditioning program, focusing on high-effort intervals and form-based strength lifts to help Jonah lose weight and gain confidence fast.


Angelo – Wrestling Toward His Goals

Angelo entered Infinite PT with a simple but fierce plan: place at states and wrestle in college. As a freshman, he’s already stacking medals: VAWA State Champion, District Runner-Up, MAWA Champion, and multiple state placings across Greco, Freestyle, and Folkstyle. CJ’s training gave him the strength, technique, and mentorship to thrive against upperclassmen—and he’s just getting started.

What We Did: We emphasized explosive grip strength, mat-specific conditioning, and functional wrestling lifts to prepare Angelo for the demands of tournament season and build confidence against older competitors.
